Obituary for Alayna Rose Pagan

Alayna Rose Pagan, 8, left her earthly body and became an angel in Heaven, who is now dancing, singing and running free. She was the beloved daughter of Krystina Eglinton, who devoted herself entirely to her daughter’s care throughout Alayna’s life.

Alayna had Molybdenum Cofactor Deficiency Type B. Her illness limited her ability to move or talk and caused her to endure seizures, storms, and spasms, it did not limit her ability to communicate with special sounds and facial expressions and it never stopped her from enjoying music, snuggling with her mom and finding joy in balloons and bubbles.

She loved her mom very much. She liked to smile and to hug her pets. Alayna loved unicorns! She had fun dancing and taking selfies with her “Yaya”(Grandma). She loved to smile and to be silly. Alayna loved to be in the swimming pool with her mom.
She loved her sensory lights at night. She was always excited to see her Uncle jay. She also enjoyed trying to play video games with her Uncle raul.

Alayna is survived by her mother, Krystina Eglinton and by her father, Emmanuel Pagan Pabon. Her grandparents are Grandma Rosa “Yaya”, Grandpa June, Grandpa Rick and Grandma Lisa. She is also survived by Uncle Raul, Uncle Jay, Aunt Steph, Uncle David and Aunt Sam. Her cousins are McKynzi and Luciano. She is also survived by her Abuela Rosa. She will be missed by her four-footed friends, Luna, Buddy and Precious.

She was preceded in death by her Great-Grandpa Luciano and Great-Grandpa John.

A visitation for Alayna will be held Friday, June 16th at 11 AM at Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home & Crematory 965 Philadelphia St. in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Her funeral service will begin at noon.

Donations will be accepted by the funeral home to assist the family with Alayna’s final expenses. Online condolences may be offered by visiting rbfh.net
