Delma Ruth (Uncapher) Haldin, 92, of Indiana, PA., died on Friday, March 26, 2010 at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

She was the Daughter of Andrew J. and Nannie (Carnahan) Griffith Uncapher, born in a log Cabin on January 25, 1918 near Aultman, PA.

Delma was a member of the Ernest Bible Church. She was the wife of John Edwin Haldin and lived most of her life in Ernest, PA. Delma was a homemaker until her husband died in 1970 and then she worked for several years for Art Halldin Publishing Co. of Fulton Run.

She is survived by two sons, Bob and wife Carol of Hillsdale and Barry of Indiana; seven Grandchildren: Suzanne, Lisa, Mike, Brian, Sean, Michelle, Erik and three great-grandchildren: Riley, Hayley, Skyler: one daughter-in-law, Bambi Haldin of Indiana.

Delma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ed; one son, Tim; six step sisters and four step brothers.

Friends will be received at the Bence-Mihalcik Funeral Home, Indiana on Sunday, March 28, 2010 from 2-5 p.m. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, at 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Sunseri, officiating. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery.

Friends are invited to a luncheon at Faith Hall, Clymer Presbyterian Church following the funeral.
