Obituary for Emma Esther Foehrenbach (Taggart)

Emma Esther (Taggart) Foehrenbach, 92 of Cherryhill Township and a former resident of Rustic Manor Personal Care Home, died Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born September 30, 1920 in Port Homer, OH, she was a daughter of the late Emory John Taggart and Emma (Vantilberg) Taggart. She was widow of Lawrence H. Foehrenbach, who died in 1979.

Emma had been a homemaker, caring for her son and husband. She enjoyed country & western music and had formerly belonged to the Tri-State Country & Western Music Association. She also enjoyed working with crafts and crocheting.

She is survived by her son, Gary L. Foehrenbach of Indiana. Her three grandchildren are: Jason Foehrenbach and wife, Christeen; Brain Foehrenbach and wife, Desiree; and Amy Fisher and husband, John. Surviving great grandchildren: Kolton, Gavin, Bella, Brian, Tylor, Eric, Luke and Emilie. Other survivors include her four nieces: Jeanie, Linda, Sandy and Debbie.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held Sunday evening, July 28th from 6 to 7:30 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer. A funeral service will be held at 7:30 PM Sunday following the visitation hours at the funeral home. Her interment will be private and held at a later date.
