Obituary for Rosemary Zalewski
Rosemary Zalewski, 68, of Indiana and formerly of Monessen, died Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Scenery Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Indiana following a brief illness. Born March 16, 1955 in Charleroi, she was a daughter of the late, Edmund Stevens Zalewski, Sr. and Caroline (Bombalek) Zalewski.
For many years, she waitressed at various restaurants in the Mon Valley. Rosemary was a loving sister who will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her beloved sister, Christine Zalewski of Indiana and by several nieces and nephews who lovingly remember her as a “great” aunt.
Friends will be received Friday, March 8th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home and Crematory of Indiana. Her Memorial Service will be held Friday evening at seven o’clock at the funeral home. Burial will be private and held at a later date.
