Obituary for Frederick E. Cramer

Frederick E. Cramer, 75, of Indiana, died Wednesday December 14, 2016 at the Communities at Indian Haven. Born in Indiana on October 9,1941, he was a son of the late Raymond E. Cramer and Mildred Mae (Kerr) Cramer. He married Marilyn J. (Deemer) Cramer on May 2, 1970, they were married for 46 years.

Frederick was an Indiana Borough police officer for over 27 years. He retired from the borough in 1997 and worked at the Reschini Group in security for ten years.

He enjoyed his work as a borough police officer and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. He loved the outdoors, traveling with his wife, and his collection of Santa Clauses and antiques.

Frederick will be remembered by his wife, Marilyn, and children: Phyllis Rice & husband Brad of Eagle River, AK; Raymond Chamberlain & wife Stephanie of Wilmington, NC; and Douglas Cramer & wife Marjean of Indiana. He will also be remembered by his grandchildren: Destiny Lee; Adam Streeper; Keith Chamberlain; Rita Cramer; Dodge Cramer; Mikayla Cramer; and Jamison Middlemiss. In addition, five great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. And his sister Carol Monteleone & husband Patsy of Reisterstown, MD.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter: Pamela Middlemiss; and a brother: Ken Cramer.

Friends will be received Saturday December 17th from 4:00PM-6:00PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Indiana. An additional visitation will be held the following day, Sunday December 18th, from 1:00PM-2:00PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home directly after the visitation at 2:00PM.
