When a loved one dies out-of-town or out of state, and you want them to be brought back for a local burial or cremation in Indiana County, Call Us First!
Rairigh - Bence Funeral Home & Crematory has a network of independent funeral homes around the country, who we trust to provide the highest standard of care for your loved one. We will coordinate with them to secure the necessary permits and death certificates from the place of death. We will schedule the safe transport of your loved one back to one of our two funeral homes in Indiana or Clymer, PA, then, with your guidance, we'll make the arrangements for funeral services and final disposition in one of our local cemeteries. In fact, you will not need to contact a funeral home in the city where the death occurred, we will take care of that for you. We will handle the charges of the out of town funeral home, and you will only have to make one payment for their forwarding charges, the transportation fees and our service and merchandise charges at Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home & Crematory.

We have also assisted families with international shipping and receiving of remains. We have received remains from Greece  and Bangladesh and we have forwarded cremated remains to Mexico.

We have a great deal of experience working with out of town families. Whether your loved one is going to be buried from one of our funeral homes in Indiana or Clymer, PA or in another county or state, or if they will be cremated, we will provide you with a step-by-step process to ensure that all your needs are met. 

If your loved one will be buried outside of our service area, we have a network of funeral homes around the country, which we work with to ensure a smooth transfer and burial to virtually any city in the U.S. or the World. We eliminate the need to work with two funeral homes, as we will coordinate all of the arrangements through our office. In fact, if you are not able to come to us, all arrangements may be done via telephone, fax, Facetime or email.
