Obituary for Ann Kowchuck

Ann (Rellick) Kowchuck, 85 of Indiana, PA., passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana.
She was the daughter of John and Mary (Zawaski) Rellick Sr., born February 7, 1930 in Aultman, PA.
Ann was a very kind hearted gentle person who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed weekend adventures, shopping and taking bus trips to new, exciting places. When she wasn’t traveling, you could always find her working in the yard and around the house, she took great pride in her picture perfect home.
She is survived by two daughters, Georganne Milner and husband Michael and Deborah Berkey and husband Edward both of Indiana, PA; four grandchildren; Jamie Rayko of FL; Melissa Carnahan and husband August of Indiana; Lindsey Leydic of Indiana; Michael Milner of Indiana; four great grandchildren; Makayla Paige Rayko; Alyssa Ann Rayko; Allison Nicole Rayko all of FL; Madison Marie Leydic of Indiana; four brothers; Joe Rellick of Blairsville; John Rellick Jr. and wife Jacqueline of Aultman; George Rellick of Aultman; Don Rellick and wife Linda of New Alexandria.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents and George P. Kowchuck.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home, Indiana. Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with Fr. William Lechnar, officiant. Entombment will be made in the St. Bernard Mausoleum.
Her family requests memorial contributions be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 100 Good Shepherd Dr, Kent, PA 15752 or Saint Thomas More University Parish, 1200 Oakland Ave, Indiana, PA 15701.
