Obituary for Anna Peles

Anna  Peles
Anna Mae (Yatsko) Peles, 84, of Clymer, died Sunday, November 20, 2016 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born in Penn Run, December 31, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Michael John Yatsko and Mary (Gelatko) Yatsko. She was the widow of Adam S. Peles, Sr. who died September 9, 1976.

She was a graduate of Clymer High School. Anna Mae was a loving mother, a strong role model who’s greatest joy was being a grandmother. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles, baking pies and watching the Pirates. Anna Mae was a member of the Church of the Resurrection, Clymer.

Anna Mae will be remembered by her children: Teresa A. Arblaster & husband, Andrew, Indiana; Adam S. Peles, Jr., Clymer; Kathryn M. Patterson & husband, Larry, Clymer and Melissa Ann Peles and her companion, Ron Lorelli, Clymer. Surviving grandchildren are: Paul Arblaster; Jeremy, Joshua and Jerad Peles; Courtney Peles-Kanyan; Robbie and Leslie Bartlebaugh. Her surviving great grandchildren are: Bo and Clarissa Bartlebaugh and Landon Terwilliger. Anna Mae will also be remembered by her special friend, Ron Thorton.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, John Michael Peles who died April 5, 1997. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Mike, Nick and John Yatsko; Margaret Sapp; Olga Jenkins; Helen Chichy; Mary Marusa and an infant sister, Anna Mae Yatsko.

Friends will be received Wednesday, November 23rd from 11:00AM until 1:00PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer where her funeral service will begin at one o’clock Wednesday following the visitation hours. Rev. George Saletrik will officiate. Interment will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Clymer.
