Obituary for Charles V. Bacha
Charles V. Bacha of Starford, PA., passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Beacon Ridge Nursing Home.
He was the son of Joseph and Anna (Pivornik) Bacha, born on September 26, 1927 in Barnesboro, PA.
Charles was a member of St. Ann Byzantine Catholic Church, Clymer. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. Charles was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is survived by two sons, Alex Bacha and wife Jill and granddog Zippi of Pittsburgh; Edward Bacha and wife Janet of Clymer; one brother, Bob Bacha and wife Patty of Indiana; one sister, Joann Yeager and husband Bob of OH; two granddaughters, Justina Bacha and friend Samantha; Jennifer Wells and husband Eric and five great-grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Mary Ann (Anderchin) Bacha in November of 2014; one brother Joseph Bacha and one sister, Irene Bacha.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, January 30, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home, Clymer with his funeral service following at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Fr. William Lascelles, Officiating. Interment will be in the Church of the Resurrection Cemetery, Starford.
