Message to the Family: Don will be missed by many friends and colleagues. He embodied a spirit of warmth, good cheer, and generosity that is rate. It was always a pleasure to be in his company.

Message to the Family: Don, First of all, I am pissed that you left like this. It wasn't supposed to be like this. But as the days have come and gone, and many miles have been run by me...I am trying to accept that this was your choice to make life better. And THAT I can accept. Because some people do not choose to do that. Christopher has agreed to step up and help Aunt Beth with the lawn and just check on her and make sure she's ok. He so misses you. Joshy was supposed to help today with cleaning the house for your memorial service, but he played on his iPad mini, despite recommendations from Christopher to help. Oh well. Are you surprised??? I think not. We found your iPhone in the couch at the beach We'll give it to Beth and see what you have to say. In the mean time, we will be having your memorial service tomorrow. I am not happy about it, but it's what we need to do. I made your chicken Marsala this past week, and it lived up to your standards. I wish I had gotten the recipe for your famous fucking awesome pasta, but that did not happen. Nor did I get your crab cake recipe. A lot of stories and good times we had renovating the house. Too many stories to post. As I sit here and stew over the fact that you left this earth too soon, I can't help but wonder what it's like on the other side. All those questions that we have....do we ever find the answers???? Did you find out what happened to that KFC between Media and Benton that time Beth had to suddenly stop and go to the bathroom????? May you rest in peace, brother-in-law. I am still pissed that you left us, but I still love you, you son of a bitch!!!!
