Obituary for Nancy Lee Bouch (Ray)

Nancy Lee (Ray) Bouch, 68, of Penn Run died Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Beacon Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Indiana. She was born in Indiana, PA on September 22, 1945, to the late John Ray and Mary (Brandon) Ray.

Nancy graduated from Indiana High School. In addition to being a homemaker, for nearly 35 years she worked with her husband, “Butch” at Bouch’s Auto Repair. She also had her own notary service and worked both jobs until this October when her illness prevented her from doing so.

She enjoyed camping at Lake Ontario and being with her family. Nancy helped with Bingo at the Clymer American Legion where she was also President of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was a social member of the Slovak Club in Clymer and of the Cherryhill Twp. Fire Company. She was a present member of the Dixonville MOOSE and a past President of the Women of the MOOSE in Clymer. Nancy was also a very active member of the Cherryhill Township 40 & 8 Club.

In addition to her husband of 49 years, Leonard H. “Butch” Bouch, Nancy is survived by her daughters: Brenda Stewart & husband, Carl and Beth Mutz, all of Penn Run. Her surviving grandchildren are: Jason Newlin; Nicole Williams & husband, Cory; Vincent Mutz ; Benjamin Mutz and great granddaughter, Amara Williams. She is also survived by two siblings: Thomas Ray, Penn Run and Karen Wilkins, Winter Haven, FL.

She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Scott Mutz, who died May 26, 2011.

Friends will be received Friday, November 22nd from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer. Her funeral service will be held Saturday morning at 11 AM at the funeral home. Rev. Robert White will officiate. Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Banks Township.
