Obituary for Patricia J. Principato (Carraway)
Patricia J Principato, 76 of Indiana passed away peacefully Tuesday February 2 2016 at Sunny Hill personal care home.
Formally of Sewickley, PA. Pat was born August 30 1939, in Kittanning and was the daughter of the late REV. DR. James L Carraway and Marie Thompson Schaeffer Carraway. She was a graduate of Quaker Valley High School. A lifelong lover of animals, especially her cat Cocoa. She also enjoyed gardening and shopping.
Pat is survived by children, 2 daughters, Tamie J Benedict and husband Mike of Pittsburgh; Kimberly A Ahern of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, And son James C Doughty IV and wife Kim Hartbauer Doughty of McMurray, PA; seven grandchildren, Robert M Benedict and wife Michelle, Vail C. & Kelsey A. Ahern; Nathan J., Christopher J., Ryan J., & Megan R. Doughty. Two great grandchildren; Aiden M. & Logan L. Benedict. A brother James E. Carraway and wife Carole of Kailua Kona Hawaii and sister Mary L. Huff and husband Tom of Indiana, and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins, Fiancé Tom Bridgen & best friend Becky Bennett.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, an infant sister, 1st husband James C. Doughty III, 2nd husband Salvatore (Sam) Principato. A memorial service and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Pats family was assisted with her service arrangements by the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Indiana.
