Virginia's Legacy

My aunt Virginia was a role model for community involvement and leadership in my life. She was the first to give me a Bible, the first I saw serving others in charitable ways, a major supporter of my lifelong education, and even allowed me to help in her first grade classroom while I was attending IUP. She always remembered her nieces and nephews on birthdays and holidays, no matter how far away we were. I remember her beautiful soprano voice as she sang "How Great Thou Art" at services I attended. These memories will impact my life forever. She will be missed in so many ways by her family and community, though we are grateful that she's healed and comforted in Heaven. God bless you, Aunt Gin.
